Jake had his 2 month appointment this afternoon. The doctor said he is growing great, definitely getting enough to eat (this makes me happy!). The doctor did hear a slight heart murmur so we are going to make an appointment with the cardiologist (we knew this was coming at some point) and she felt a little popping in his hip so she wants him to have an ultrasound to make sure everything is good there, she thinks it is probably just loose ligaments but she wants to make sure it isn't hip dysplasia. Jake also got 3 shots in his legs and an oral vaccine. His face when they gave him the shots was so sad! Poor baby was bright red and screaming so loud. So far though, other than being a little fussy, he has tolerated the shots pretty well.

Weight: 13 lbs 10 oz (86%)
Length: 23 1/4 inches (61%)
Head: 16 inches (66%)
Poor guy....shots hurt! (I get to be the bad mama tomorrow and take Presley for her 2 year shots.)
